This is at an early stage.
We're formulating our objectives, in preparation for becoming a formal organisation of some sort - probably an Incorporated Society
- To provide a broadband Internet-style wide area network between members
- To keep charges to members at the minimum level consistent with maintenance and reasonable expansion of the network. Expansion covers both coverage and capacity.
- Any member is to be permitted to provide services to any other member or group of members.
